• Involved in the core sales process.
• Connecting with clients, generating value and revenue
• Identify tenders in government portal and private sector
• To check the pre-qualification criteria for the bids
• Liaise with government authorities as and when required for the purpose of business development
• Responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Client Engagement to Contract signing
• Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
• Work with content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make business development process stronger
• Ensure timely submission of offers and subsequent follow ups
• Processing the order for smooth and timely dispatches base on terms of delivery on or before the due date
• Handle customer complaints and initiate Department corrective action
• Track customer requirements and intimate in advance for repeat orders
• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
• Creating database for existing client
• Follow up with customers for payment
• Proper filing of all relevant documents.
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• To prepare monthly transaction/progress report to submit to General Manager
• Directly reporting to GM.
