- TAS downloading data.
- TAS uploading to oracle system
- Consolidation of Central payroll report.
- Payroll report.
- End to end processing of company payrolls monthly.
- Processing WPS file for payroll uploads.
- Generates all Monthly payroll reports i.e. accrual reports, off-cycle reports, overtime reports, with posted information in GL accounts and Payroll posting.
- Ensure all remuneration and benefits issue are assessed and in line with Oracle codifications.
- Mass uploading of required elements for payroll.
- Processing for WPS file for Vacation Advance payments for SACC staff.
- Vacation advanced process.
- Final Settlement process
- Personal advanced process
- Preparing all kinds of off-cycle payments.
- Updating Skysales monthly incentive
- Resolving payroll discrepancies after payroll closing, analyzing information and update payroll adjustments.
- Attendance deductions.
- Missing other entitlement allowances of employees.
- Salary discrepancies.
- Monthly downloading of task force attendance record from TAS system
- Responsible for updating new and exit task force staff of HQ & JED region in Oracle.
- Monthly payroll process of task force staff
- Assist all concerned departments with their task force concerns.
- Generates backdated new hired staff for payroll
- Communicating to all wage's coordinators of every region for payroll process.
