Role Purpose:
To ensure all commissions (Internal/external) are paid on time and in accordance with the approved company incentive & commissions policy.
Accountabilities:
Implement Commission Payment process
- To ensure timely process of all commission payments as per the approved commissions & incentive policy .
- To ensure that all payments are done based on the approvals as per the process laid down.
- To align with the Cash management team with regard to bank reconciliation
- To be the single point of contact for employees with regard to queries management
- To ensure payments are correctly made to all the stakeholders & corrective measures are adopted in the event of underpayment /over-payment as per the guidelines laid down.
Compliance with policies & procedures
- To fully understand the set-up of CAESAR tool and its procedures to ensure that all commission payments are processed in accordance with company policies and control.
- Ensure all appropriate documents are dispatched on time ( cheque approving, dispatching to concerned units).
- To ensure proper controls are practiced in making all commission payments computations and communication.
- To ensure all commission payments are properly recorded in general ledger
