Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Lead & Coach the Project Management Team, such that they it can live-up to:
the external expectations from customers with OTDs and being a responsive vocal point of contact to customer's satisfaction,
the internal expectations from the Business Line in terms of financial awareness and having full control of the project cost,
their internal role as Project Team Leader of various functions within a Matrix Organization and achieve the required internal
acceptance.
Need to have Grid Substation work experience with PMO / PMP / PMI AND Power Engineering, GIS, SAP & Lean 6 Sigma
- Sets-up a structured and robust working environment with established processes and tools.
- Manages the workload of the Team and assigns resources based on individual competencies and facilitates the development of each individual to ensure a skilled and fit for purpose Team.
- Chairs the existing Monitoring Structure to manage project progress and project escalations to secure OTDs through continuous Project Reviews.
- Chairs the Controlling Structure to manage project execution within budget and optimized cost through regular Project
- Reporting and Financial Review to fulfill internal management reporting requirements.
- Promotes active Claim Management and captures Aftersales Opportunities to improve project margins.
- Ensures project execution as per contractual obligations and in line with ABB policies.
- Establishes a HSE Culture and ensures its application throughout the entire project execution cycle.
