- Administer and monitor WAN, LAN, VLAN Link and ensure running and availability of all communication system to end user
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
- Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
- Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems
- Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures
- Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards
- Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
- Maintain Alcatel & CISCO telephony system, creating new extension, give access to national or international calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration
- Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and security
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals to include; network cards, printers, email, and internet access
- Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
- Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
- Guide the technical support team through the troubleshooting process
- Support to remote client in other cities of Saudi Arabia and other countries like (Qatar, Bahrain & UAE)
