Job role summary:
We are looking to hire Dynamics 365 Internal IT Specialist with a passion to support marketing and sales automation through Dynamics 365. The D365 IT Specialist will create and manage the processes and workflows within the company’s marketing and sales automation platform. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining workflows for the company and performance metrics to aid in the enhancement of content for target engagement and conversion. A key to your success will be your ability to deliver and support Dynamics 365 efforts in a cross functional environment that will span a talented team of marketing, sales, customer support, and creative professionals.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform as primary contact for all day-to-day Dynamics 365 operations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to define marketing and sales objectives; design system initiatives to support meeting these objectives.
- Work with business and technical colleagues to identify data sources and utilize Customer Insights.
- Support the development of new project workflows for the company, including targeting and timing logic, if/then scenarios that include targeted workflows based on responsive behavior as well as automated tasks.
- Troubleshoot any reported errors, ensuring that campaigns fire as designed, opt-outs are processed successfully, and correct variable fields are used for personalization.
- Review and project manage the marketing and sales technology stack – working with colleagues to maintain updates, to ensure integrations work correctly between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms, if any.
- Collaborate with IT and Dynamics CRM Administrators to perform data de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads (and, at times, purging).
- Perform all administration functions such as security user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and assignment rules.
- Become closely familiar with the company’s marketing, sales and business processes and cross-functional operations.
- Work with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to enable Marketing-Sales alignment.
- Communicate and train marketing, sales, etc. team members on leveraging resources.
