Parsons is currently seeking a Senior Planner Engineer to contribute expertise in project controls, scheduling, Extension of Time claims, Delay Analysis, and Prolongation Cost and earned value management.

At this level, the Senior Planning Engineers must have strong knowledge and experience in Operational Planning, earthwork, and design dependencies at the site. Must have experience in Site Progress Monitoring/Reporting, EOT Claims to protect the client against contractors’ progress delays and claims. Sufficient training, technical expertise to work mostly independently on assigned projects.
