• Manage sales employees and ensure they understand AMF approach to sales and service, and can accurately perform showroom procedures
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, monitoring, and providing feedback to sakes staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Monitoring the staff attendance and behavior
• Develop and implement the overall store strategy.
• Monitor day to day store operations
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
• Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
• Create reports and presentations for upper management
