POSITION SUMMARY
- Shall lead overall management of JIGPC support services to ensure proper provisions with regards to housing, offices, warehouses, transportation and other support areas.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities management of following IGCC assets:
- Housing (short and long term)
- Deliver the most cost-effective housing model that meets the long-term needs of JIGPC’s needs at Jazan Economic City
- Interface with Project Delivery Team & JIGPC Operations team to understand the needs for short term housing needs and develop ideal solution within the constraints of cost, schedule and minimum interruption to the site team
- Interact with Royal Commission, Builders and Construction Contractors to ensure that the JIGPC minimum standards are met
- Planning, execution, successful delivery, handover and maintenance of the housing project undertaken by the builders
- Office space & Warehouses (short and long term)
- Interface with Project Delivery Team & JIGPC Operations team to understand the needs for short term & long terms and develop solution for short & long term needs
- Interact with Royal Commission to obtain necessary approvals
- Fleet & travel management
- Lead the Employee Welfare Program in coordination with HR department
- Ensure smooth, effective and timely execution of all housing & office projects from start to end
- Liaise with various functional departments to understand needs/suggestions/grievances
- Oversee activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate tasks
- Develop strategies for continual improvement in facilities
- Resolve any issues in departmental functions and staff with regarding housing and welfare
