⦁ Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility and sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
⦁ Controls cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
⦁ Ensures that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the brand preventative maintenance programs.
⦁ Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with Brand receiving policies and procedures.
⦁ Prepare (putting in place ) and all the plates to be well presented to our clientele with the norms of the company in line to satisfy our guest and reaching the expectations
⦁ Prepares all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner to assist his direct manager and understand brand needs.
