• Ensure the development of a strategic and operational plan for factories to control productivity.
• Ensure that the planned and agreed upon objectives, whether quantitative or qualitative, are achieved efficiently in terms of effort, cost and time.
• Ensure efficient coordination, follow-up and reports that support performance tracking, either through technology or manually
• Ensure the provision of appropriate support and facilitation to all of his subordinates through enabling (enabling) by giving disciplined powers and by providing resources and through moral and material stimulation (energizing) based on the reward and appreciation system approved by the company.
• Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
• Ensuring the quality of the task of coordination, synergy, & integration between the management of the mixer and all plant departments, based on appreciation, respect and mutual support (mutual respect, trust, & support).
• Ensure achieving the organizational structure and institutionalizing work in factories and cooperating to achieve the same requirement at the company level through the following:

1. Training and personal qualification for factory employees on the approved rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Ensure a high level of personal compliance and compliance with all factory employees with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
3. Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Control Department in relation to auditing the application of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
4. Ensure the development of KSAs, whether on the personal or the factory level, through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve operational skills and confront and challenge unwanted behaviors and challenges.
5. Ensure second grade building in factories by building and providing every critical technical job alternative.
6. Ensuring the preservation of the company's reputation from its workplace and improving the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and among the company's employees.

• Ensuring efficiency in his work and the work of factory employees (ability to prioritize: A - B - C etc.) and personal efficiency and efficiency of factory employees (time of delivery of work, effort and cost) in carrying out all the following tasks and technical files assigned to him:

1. Upgrading the raw material PVC & CPVC.
2. Development and improvement of PVC & CPVC blends.
3. Monitor PVC & CPVC mixing machines and their performance .
4. Submit technical reports to the General Director of Factories to follow up on performance and cost.
5. Follow up on final PVC & CPVC production with Production Manager.
6. Follow up the quality tests with the Quality Manager

• Performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned to him by the senior management or his line manager.
