Key Accountabilities:

• Making sure that Daily Production Targets are achieved Just-In-Time in a Cost effective manner and in compliance with Quality & Safety standards.


• Executes direct instructions from Prod’n Engineers and see to it that workers are adequately skilled and experienced to understand and follow correct production methods.


• Directly responsible for the health and safety of workers working under his custody.

Performance indicators:

• Concrete Reject & Wastage (Estimated Rate vs. Actual Rate).


• Production Schedule (Target vs. Actual).


• Compliance with Quality & Safety Standards.


• Total no. of Safety Days vs. ‘Zero Accident’ Policy.
