We are currently in search of a highly-analytical and qualified estimator for prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing plans, bills of quantities, specifications, and other project documentation in order to estimate projects cost.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Resolves discrepancies by preparing inquiries list prior to pricing.
- Maintains up to date cost prices & suppliers details (national & international) database.
- Working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with suppliers.
- Collect and keep different quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Keeping detailed records and writing reports.
- Analyze budgets and prices using software packages.
- Conduct regular risk assessments.
