- Manage all aspects of operating the store under its area as per the operating standard. In addition to the ability to lead, plan, train and manage store managers,
The area manager must be able to train the store team to achieve operational excellence, targeted sales and profitability goals, and keep employee morale at the highest level.

Prepare a Store Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and action plan for the short and long term
Operational Excellence (Quality, Service and Cleanliness)
Work meeting with all Store Managers on a monthly basis to communicate objectives and discuss action plans
Prepare products according to Schwarmer’s standards
Ensure that the store team is working well to achieve operational excellence and the ability to build 100% customer satisfaction.
Always keep clean
Manage store sales performance by finding ways to increase sales and discussing them with store managers and the team
Adhering to food safety standards
Examine and monitor store expenses and overall profitability
professional image and behavior
Training the store manager on how to effectively manage stock control and requisition
Honesty and integrity towards his work.
Train the store manager to do proper scheduling of employees. and appropriate positioning depending on the production setting in the store
Monitor staff and management work performance and identify potential employees for promotion to the next level.
Plan the training and development activity for the management staff and the coach shop manager to plan the development of his staff as well.
Conduct monthly communication meetings with all store managers, assistant managers and shift supervisor
Ensure that employees are motivated and that all disciplinary measures are in place
Ensure all reports are submitted on time for each department
Ensure all store equipment is available and up and running. Coordination with maintenance and equipment department should be in place
Ensure the implementation of monetary policy in stores.
