- Provide assistance to the Procurement officer in purchasing.
- Maintain the record of MRs, Quotations, PO's for the future use.
- Create comparison statement and PO's after consulting with Procurement manager.
- follow up the supplier for their quotations and for timely delivery of material as per agreed time and conditions.
- Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractor for the best and favorable terms and conditions to achieve the desired budget.
- Compile the reports as required by procurement manager.
