- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field of parking management.
- Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
- Conduct inspections i.e. Material, installation, e.g. ELV Security system and others as applicable.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and execution as agreed budgets and time frames.
- To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing development and progression.
- Coordinate the delivery of design outputs including the necessary quality assurance checking.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- To take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- To provide technical support to other site team members and resolve technical issues with Client and internal department staff.
