1) Pre-start activities: Performs start-up, shutdown and related activities of assigned Cement and/or Raw Mills Nertical mills and related equipment in coordination with Process Engineer (Cement Mills}, Supervisor, Foreman, and Field Patroller (at Hofuf/Aindar) and concerned Shift Mechanical Foreman/Mechanic/Technician/Electrician of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/PMD as per operating procedures and work instructions to ensure proper operating conditions.
Mills operation: Operates assigned Cement and/or Raw Mills NRM & related equipment, monitors operating conditions and makes in-process adjustments from operating monitors in Central Operation Panel (COP)/Central Control Room (CCR) (at Hofuf/Ain Dar) as per approved operating procedures and work instructions in order to achieve and maintain established quality standards of the produced raw meal and/or cement and to ensure safe & efficient process operation.
