Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
▪ Develop sales and business development strategy with management team
▪ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
▪ Manage the sales team by setting measurable and achievable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the progress of these on monthly basis.
▪ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives and requirements
▪ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and payments etc.
▪ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
▪ Support the project management team & Operations team as required.
▪ Responsible for the promotion of the client's Product range in Saudi Arabia and MENA region and the tracking, collecting, sorting, researching, and archiving of the market information.
▪ Support strategy for development of projects by breaking them into targeted and workable business objectives.
▪ Build and develop relationships with and submit proposals to Government entities and private companies detailing opportunities for collaboration and actively participate with the technical & project team for tender participation and bid submission, bid pitching, presentations, marketing campaigns and brand building
▪ Follow up successful bids by maintaining stakeholder interactions when transactions are moving from Financial Close.
▪ Analysis of development projects for feasibility and conduct due diligence process.
▪ Develop and present sales development plans.
▪ Negotiation and closure of transactions;
▪ Attendance of relevant events and maintenance of a high profile within the industry;
▪ Bench marking and research of similar or related developments;
Job Requirements:
▪ The candidate should have business development experience between 8-10 years of post-qualification experience
▪ Demonstrable track record of business development transaction through to company formation across a variety of sectors is preferred
▪ The candidate should have experience of working for a a minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing of specialty chemicals project sector with current or recent direct exposure to the KSA /MENA market would be preferable
▪ Knowledge of project bidding to RFP's and financial modelling basic skills will be an added advantage.
▪ communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in fluent Arabic & English is essential.
▪ Be familiar with international business rules and experienced in marketing development;
▪ Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently while multi-tasking; ▪ Team leader/player with good interpersonal communication skill and professional attitude;
▪ Skilled in written and oral business communications with both Arabic & English;
