- Interface with demand stakeholders to develop and finalize the annual demand plan for procurement.
- Analyze demand and actively liaise with stakeholders in standardization of specs.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Establish detailed total cost of ownership structure for the category.
- Lead strategic sourcing process & fact-based negotiation and supplier selection.
- Manage contract compliance, reports & data management, supplier performance and supply risk plan.
- Monitors Market trends, mitigates the risks related to the category and ensure product availability.
- Ensures compliance to sourcing policies and procedures.
- Leads functional team of sourcing specialists by providing deep category expertise.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Overseeing and managing the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
