Core Responsibilities:

1.     To proactively address and provide adequate support to the daily needs of the chairman’s office promptly.

2.     Manage and maintain the chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls.

3.     Works closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

4.     Receives the chairman’s office supplies and ensures they conform to the order.1

5.     Screen all incoming communication/correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls, etc.) and independently manage outbound correspondence to ensure that incoming mail is filtered/distributed/answered promptly, professionally, and in line with Almojel’s standards and guidelines. Handled by admins

6.     Support the Chairman by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Chairman’s objectives - To execute and handle any task related to the private affairs of the chairman.

7.     To monitor and reconcile the needs of the chairman’s office with various business units of the Company.

8.     Perform all other business / personally related duties as the Chairman requires.


Self-Management Responsibilities:

§ Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required pieces of training are arranged and attended.

§ Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
