As the IT Infrastructure Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of their IT infrastructure. \[ Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, ensuring that they work effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
\[ Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our infrastructure systems.
\[ Manage the budget for the IT infrastructure department, ensuring that all expenditure is within budget and that the department operates cost-effectively.
\[ Work closely with other departments to ensure that our infrastructure systems support the business objectives of the company.
\[ Ensure that all infrastructure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
\[ Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure that our infrastructure systems can recover quickly in the event of a disruption or outage.
\[ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure, and provide guidance and advice to the company on the adoption of new technologies.
Profile
\[ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
\[ At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
\[ Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
\[ Experience in managing budgets and developing strategies.
\[ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\[ Strong leadership and team management skills.
\[ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
