On behalf of a global retailer, we are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. Based out of Riyadh, and reporting to the Inventory & Warehouse Consultant, you will be responsible to handle and control all Warehousing activities to ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and timely operation as per the Company policies and procedures, in alignment with business objectives.
- Plan, and monitor all warehouse activities to ensure goods/materials are stored safely.
- Ensure that all incoming materials/goods are accompanied by the proper documents and are accurately recorded in the system.
- Ensure that rejected goods are returned to the supplier with complete documentation and information to all concerned.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and re-order points based on the annual forecast of spares and consumables, consumption patterns, and lead time.
- Keep tight control of stock movements and have all items inventoried and issued correctly, and ensure stock control systems are up to date.
- Manage import shipment schedules and coordinate with the required personnel to plan, receive and deliver the required items to the new project site locations.
- Manage space allocation for items depending on the type, quantity, and storage requirements.
- Maintain good working relationships and timely communication with the user departments to provide time-bound services as per their requirements.
- Approve and sign off on all warehouse transaction documents.
- Facilitate and coordinate the periodic inventory count.
