Job Description:
- Sound experience in managing the project team for EBS R12 Upgrade/Enhancements/Implementation
- Projects in Multi geography and with localization and multi lingual requirement
- Good Communication and team leading capabilities. Able to coordinate with different teams, customer stakeholders.
- Distribute and get the work done with the assigned team to complete the deliverables on time.
- Strong Technical or Functional Knowledge in Oracle EBS.
- Prepare status reports for the project and present to the customer stakeholders in regular meetings.
- Identify the risks in the project and highlight to the customer or internal management with mitigation planning.
- Guide the team within the scope of the project and identify the Change Requests.
- Maintain business continuity planning during critical phases of the project.
- Individual contributor and able to support team when needed. Mentoring junior team in day to day work activities.
- Arabic speaking professional
