Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for conducting sales of products/services. The responsibilities range from developing proposal, negotiations, client satisfaction as well as new relationship building.

Key Responsibility Areas & Activities:

Sales & Negotiation

Understanding customer requirements and responding to queries.

 Expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and developing relationships.

 Negotiate with clients on quotations.

Payment Recovery

Customer Relations

Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers by providing support, information and guidance.

Gathering market and customer information and keeping database up to date.

Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries and directing all customer complaints to management in an efficient manner.

Reporting

Creating daily, weekly and monthly sales report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and forward to supervisor for review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  % of Targets Achieved

   Payment Recovery Target

Customer Service/Complaint Resolution

Increase in Sales Volume

Responsiveness to customer queries

Work Environment

Extensive traveling involved.

Decision Making:

 Mode of communication

Deciding which lead to forward to management

Problems & Challenges:

  Delay of client responses

 Delay due to operations.

Coordination.
