- Ability to make a work plan for the rotten maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairing and replacement.
- Ability to write & record all required service /sales reports, expenses, and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
- Awareness of HVAC equipment including air handlers, chillers and heating systems.
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support the sales plan.
- Coordinates work between HVAC crew and other departments, project managers, clients and outside contractors.
- Develops and maintains preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- Writes and receives work orders; plans, supervises, and monitors work of HVAC technicians.
- Communicating with the customers and clients.
- Ability to learn and improve himself.
- Reading electrical and mechanical wiring diagrams.
- Awareness of the safety rules and standers.
