Follow strict implementation of safety norms and instruct contractors and team members to comply with the relevant guidelines.
Develop a sound plan to complete all tasks accurately and keep all concerned contractors in the loop.
Gauge the output and productivity of engineers, contractors, and associated professionals of an ongoing project.
Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public
Conducting quality and safety inspections
Checking and preparing site reports
Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
Working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a site office
