We have an interesting job opportunity with one of our international oil and gas service clients who are looking for an all – rounder experienced HR Manager to join their organisation in KSA, based in Jubail.

Job type: Full time, Perm role
Key Profile:
Must be Saudi NationalMin 8-10 years’ experience in HR and HR functions.Will ideally come from an Oil & Gas, or Construction or Manufacturing industry background.Min 5 years’ experience in an HR managerial position where you led a small HR teamExcellent knowledge of KSA labor laws and regulations, including SaudisationAll-rounder when it comes to the various HR subjects, including recruitment, employee engagement, employee retention, performance management etc.Degree educated in HR or business or similar
Salary: SAR 20K-30K per month all inclusive + Private Medical Ins.
