- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
- Taste all food items for quality purpose before serving
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Responsible for financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
- Contribute heavily in increasing sales and decreasing food cost.
