We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized GPS (Global Positioning System) Officer to join our team. As a GPS Officer, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our GPS systems to ensure accurate location tracking and navigation for our organization. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the seamless functioning of our GPS operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's GPS systems, ensuring their continuous availability and accuracy.
Perform routine inspections and updates to GPS hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including system failures, signal interferences, and communication errors.
Monitor GPS data to identify any anomalies, discrepancies, or potential risks.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their GPS needs and tailor the systems accordingly.
Train employees on the proper use and navigation of GPS devices and software.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the GPS systems and implement necessary improvements or upgrades.
