• Budget Management: Develop and manage the spa's budget, including cost control, revenue targets, and profitability. Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Inventory and Supplies: Maintain an inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring that they are well-stocked, organized, and available as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure that spa services meet high-quality standards and that therapists are well-trained and proficient in their techniques.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and amenities.
• Compliance: Ensure that the spa complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, including financial performance, client feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
