Job Purpose:
- Providing support to Finance head in terms of monthly review, management reporting, budgeting and reforecasting exercise, performance analysis and productivity analysis.
- Conduct business review meetings and presentations in line with the business objectives and budget expectations.
- The roles demands exposure to highly sensitive and confidential information of the organization and managing key stake holders of business that requires the use of discretion, tact, diplomacy and judgement.
The key responsibility will be but not limited to:
- Prepare and finalize budget and reforecast exercises
- Finalize the monthly closing report for management reporting
- Create and present business performance reports with critical analysis on different segment performance.
- Prepare and present Key Performance Indicators report supported with depth analysis
- Perform various Adhoc analysis as per business needs
- Carry out cost saving analysis and provide recommendations
- Support in analyzing major expense and cost items.
- prepare Contract/ tender costing.
- Review current systems, Assess risks and controls related to processes and support in designing appropriate internal controls to protect company assets.
