Job Description and Qualifications
- Assist in resource allocation and coordination to ensure project activities are properly scheduled and executed.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track and maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and other relevant records.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Support conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures.
- Support HSE initiatives by promoting and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE improvement initiatives.
