Must be bilingual speaker Arabic (native) and English (Fluent)
4+ years of overall experience (after-degree experience) with 2+ years of project management experience in managing IT/ Software Development projects using AGILE methodologies
Must have experience in working/ managing Oracle ERP or Oracle CX projects
Minimum qualification Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering
Should be presentable with good interpersonal skills, team management skills and stakeholder management skills
Experience in performing routine project management activities i.e. Project Tracking, Resources management, Client communication and coordination (emails/ face to face), Scrum meetings, MOMs & follow ups, Project Documentation, Project Status Reporting and Project Plan Tracking etc
Should be proficient in MS Office i.e. in Power Point, Word and Excel and MS Project
A project management/ SCRUM certification i.e. PMP/ CAPM/ PRINCE 2/ PMI-ACP/ or any recognized Oracle Project Implementation certification will be a plus.
