We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Chemicals Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. You will be representing our company and promoting our products and services to potential customers. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong drive for success.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
2. Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
8. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in sales of construction chemicaals, preferably in Concrete Admixtures or a similar industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
9. Fluent in English and Arabic.
