We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise and providing timely solutions. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a deep understanding of IT systems and possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
4. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
5. Manage and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
6. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technologies and systems
7. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT technology and make recommendations for system improvements
9. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
10. Ensure the security of company data and systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
8. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in IT engineering
9. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
10. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
