The main responsibilities as follows:
· Preparation & submission of monthly payment application
· Quantity takeoff, remeasurement as required, taking measurements to justify work completion.
· Visit site to verify the subcontractor’s work completion.
· Responsible for taking physical measurements & quantities of completed works.
· Joint measurements with subcontractor for valuations.
· Ensure the accuracy of subcontractor’s payment application by reviewing their compliance with the agreement, actual work executed at the site & certification.
· Assisting the procurement department for material quantity take off.
