Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of 25 coffee branches in Riyadh.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
3. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas of improvement.
4. Ensure each branch is properly staffed and trained to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
