Sales and Account Management:

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

Market Research:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, client needs, and sales strategies.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
