Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Safety: Implement and maintain field electrical safety work processes and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Operations Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering operations, including CSU work, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
- Global Collaboration: Work effectively with global teams, providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Network Utilization: Leverage a broad network within AP (engineering and operations) to address and solve complex electrical engineering challenges.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in electrical engineering processes and practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of electrical engineering activities, projects, and safety protocols.
