Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience working as a BIM Manager
- Experienced in working for mega projects on their infrastructure works, roads, underground utilities, pump stations, etc.
- Proven expertise in developing BIM Execution Planning (BEP) document and optimizing BIM processes
- Proficiency in utilizing BIM software e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD, or Dynamo
- Strong knowledge of BIM guidelines, ISO19650 standards, and latest market trends
