About the Client:
One of the largest pizza chains globally.
Job Description:
- Ensure regular maintenance and smooth operation of all store IT hardware, including POS, KDS, printers, and networking devices.
- Maintain LAN, internet, and telephonic systems across stores, troubleshooting connectivity issues and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
- Provide first-level support for POS systems, manage escalations for higher-level issues, and ensure smooth integration with aggregators in the KSA region.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure staff are well-trained on POS and inventory applications for seamless store operations
