We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in our Riyadh and Jeddah locations.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and providing in-depth knowledge of our precious stones and diamond collections. You will engage with high-net-worth clients and help them make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring a premium shopping experience in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer tailored product advice, focusing on precious stones, diamonds, and fine jewelry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Handle transactions, process sales, and assist with product selection.
• Ensure the store’s visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring all jewelry is displayed attractively.
• Assist with stock management and inventory.
