Job Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time. The Payroll Specialist will also maintain accurate records and support HR operations, with a strong focus on using Jisr HR System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll through Jisr HR system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and other payroll inputs through the system.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to reflect new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and GOSI requirements.
- Generate payroll reports, reconciliations, and statements as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, salary slips, and other related matters.
- Liaise with banks for salary transfers and resolve any issues.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation within the payroll function.
