The Role We’re looking for a Marketplace Product Owner to take ownership of Rwaj’s feature roadmap, from concept through launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define, prioritize, and deliver the marketplace features that power our platform’s success. This is a hands-on, builder role , you will be deeply involved in designing features for buyers and sellers, ensuring cultural alignment, and translating business goals into clear technical requirements. What You’ll Do Feature & Roadmap Ownership Define and manage the Rwaj marketplace product backlog, ensuring priorities align with company goals. Translate business needs and user feedback into detailed feature specifications and user stories. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and cultural alignment for the GCC market. User-Centric Development Conduct research with sellers and buyers to understand behaviors, pain points, and cultural nuances. Collaborate with the live streaming, community, and content teams to ensure features enhance real-time engagement. Quickly test and iterate new ideas using data-driven decision-making. Execution & Delivery Write clear and actionable product requirement documents (PRDs). Work closely with engineering during sprints to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability. Data & Performance Define and track KPIs such as conversion rates, active sellers, average watch time, and seller revenue growth. Use analytics to identify improvements and optimize feature performance. Important: This position requires the use of company-approved tracking software during working hours. Installation and usage are mandatory for all team members.
