• Identify new business opportunities (tenders, projects, potential clients) within the construction and contracting sector.
• Build and develop relationships with existing and potential clients (real estate developers, companies, government and semi-government entities).
• Leverage an existing client base and contact data to convert them into actual business opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing market research and studies to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped opportunities.
• Explore and propose alternative business opportunities and revenue streams to diversify the company's project portfolio.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial and technical proposals in coordination with engineering and finance teams.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and exhibitions.
• Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities and conversion rates.
