We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our UAE tax team, with a strong focus on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax . The successful candidate will provide tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of UAE businesses and support clients in managing their tax obligations and risks. Key Responsibilities: Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance assignments, including registration, deregistration, return preparation and filing. Provide practical VAT and Corporate Tax advice to clients on day-to-day and complex transactions. Review tax computations, returns and supporting schedules prepared by the team. Advise clients on Corporate Tax treatment, taxable income, deductible expenses, tax losses, exemptions and reliefs . Advise on VAT matters including place of supply, input tax recovery, zero-rating, exemptions, reverse charge and related-party transactions . Assist clients with tax audits, assessments, voluntary disclosures and other FTA matters. Conduct tax health checks and identify potential exposures, risks and opportunities. Research and interpret UAE tax legislation, Executive Regulations, FTA guidance and public clarifications. Prepare tax opinions, technical memos and client correspondence. Assist with tax planning and structuring within applicable UAE tax legislation. Review related-party and connected-person transactions for Corporate Tax purposes. Supervise and mentor junior tax consultants and review their work. Maintain strong client relationships and assist in developing new tax advisory opportunities.
