We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead technical and commercial sales activities for our MV/LV switchgear portfolio across the Saudi market. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, drive business development with EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial clients, and represent the company as a technical authority in front of customers and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for MV/LV switchgear products across assigned territory
• Manage and grow relationships with EPCs, consultants, panel builders, and end-users (utilities, oil & gas, industrial, commercial)
• Lead technical proposals, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities and support project pipeline development
• Provide technical consultation and product training to clients and channel partners
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategy
• Mentor junior sales engineers
