-preparing proposals for structural design, including concrete technology, traditional technology, calculation and estimates for labor, equipment and materials and present design to internal team for approval.
-advising project team on adaptations required to reduce cost and construction time by improving the actual designs
-the candidate should be specialized in the coordination and preparation of structural designs and shop drawings, plans schemes, models of residential, commercial or office buildings often using computer software to do those designs
-The candidate should be able to do the structural designs, something practical to build, following local regulations and the Saudi Building Code
