• Develops a Business Plan in line with the business requirement, and in conjunction with company policy & procedures, by setting the priorities and objectives for the each section
• Implements policies and procedures to ensure that staff adheres to the approved policies and protocols.
• Allocates the workloads to ensure where possible an equal distribution of work between representatives and agents.
• Manages staff in respect of day to day operations concerning attendance, leave and sick leave and issues related to salary queries.
• Develops contingency plan to meet unplanned emergencies
• Transfers knowledge with regard to the efficient management of a Call Center to staff by providing on the job training and coaching.
• Attends monthly management meetings with the COO or/ CEO and produces consolidated reports regarding the Center’s operations.
• Reviews and assesses Quarterly Customer Surveys and take appropriate action in respect negative feedback received from customers.
• Produces weekly and monthly management reports.
• Plans and implements specific activities (i.e. Special surveys and reports, CRM and CCC related).
• Analyses report data indicating weaknesses, strengths and areas of focus in respect of the delivery of a customer service.
• Follows-up on specific business requirement in line with collection follow up.
• Establishes, maintains and updates policies and procedures (Training materials, Operations manuals) on an on-going basis.
