Job Purpose:
To identifies process metrics that can be used to establish baseline levels of efficiency and user satisfaction. Also, identify key information and processes for which the customer requires assistance to enhance capture, sharing, managing and re-using of the staff’s information assets. Work with the customer to develop a prioritized list of processes and practices for implementation. The in-depth analysis shall identify opportunities, means, and methods to refine and enable the processes
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Process Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
• Analysis of the current status of "Mawhiba" in terms of policies, procedures and systems to ensure that they are updated and improved in line with the objectives of "Mawhiba".
• Study the needs and requirements of the different departments of " Mawhiba " such as (IT, finance, human resources, etc.) with respect to projects, regulations and procedures in order to improve performance.
• Develop an improvement plan based on analyzes that were conducted to ensure that policies and procedures meet the requirements and objectives of each department.
• Develop policies and procedures for departments / projects and initiatives to ensure their consistency with the objectives of the departments and the general strategy for "Mawhiba."
• Designing and planning regulations and procedures according to the status of each department and upcoming developments and how to accomplish those procedures, so as to assist in the achievement of this objective.
• Conduct training workshops to transfer the knowledge of the newly developed procedures
